Corrections log
Every material correction, clarification, and retraction to CrisisGraph entities, in reverse chronological order.
Wikipedia lives on its view history tab. CrisisGraph's equivalent is public per entity — every entity page has a "History" panel showing when it was first proposed, when it was published, and any subsequent edits. This page collects the material ones — corrections that changed a fact, not just a wording.
See our editorial policy for how we review contributions and handle disputed facts. To report an error, email crisisgraph@zafronix.com.

Individual entity edits are visible in each entity's "History" panel. This log captures the ones significant enough to note publicly — factual reversals, retracted claims, or resolved disputes. When we log our first, it will appear here.
What we log here
- correction A fact was wrong and has been changed. The old and new values are both shown.
- clarification A fact was ambiguous and has been reworded without changing its meaning.
- retraction An entity or claim was removed because it did not meet the qualification bar or turned out to be false.
What we do not log here
- Routine additions of citations, refined date precision, or added translations.
- Cosmetic edits (capitalisation, typos in summaries).
- Additions of new relationships to an entity that was already in the graph.
All of the above are visible on the individual entity's History panel — this page is reserved for the corrections a reader would want to know about even if they weren't following that entity.
